The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. with Chair Mark Renaud presiding.

    THAT the agenda for the Airport Advisory Committee meeting of February 27, 2025, be approved.

    THAT the Airport Advisory Committee minutes dated December 12, 2024, be approved.

Don Huras, Airport Manager, provided an overview of the Airport Manager's Update and answered questions from committee members. The committee undertook a discussion regarding Airport user fees and opportunities for additional revenue.

The committee undertook a discussion on the standing updates. 

The committee asked for an update on crack sealing maintenance. Staff confirmed that Council referred the committee's recommendation to staff for a report that includes additional analysis and recommendation in regards to the crack sealing.

    THAT annual crack sealing maintenance at the Tillsonburg Regional Airport be included in the annual budget and the 10-year forecast.

Shane Caskanette, Fire Chief, Township of South-West Oxford, was in attendance and provided a brief overview of the report and answered questions from the committee. 

Chief Caskanette noted that hangar owners can contact the Fire Department if they want to book a fire safety inspection.
