Deputy Mayor Beres declared a conflict with regards to item 8 as Board members receive stipends.

Tillsonburg Hydro Inc. Annual Meeting

At 1:15pm, Council returned after the AGM meeting.  Councillor Parker had left the during the AGM and was not present at the time of the vote or adjournment.
